Aka, again, I agree it's time for him to move on but not because of a game today, if every manager was sacked after a shit performance there wouldnt be a manager left managing a club.

maybe its just a day when so many players failed but really can anyone say that any west ham player played better, or that in any phase we were better or smarter today? no, we were so fucking ordinary and always looking for the next man to do something.

Today was an absolute disgrace though and proof he needs to be gone.
Players were poor today but he trains them and he motivates them

W4, well you saw a different game to me, there was hardly any long balls, the problem we had we kept giving the ball away in midfield and didn't pass quick enough to create any space behind their defence. If you saw it different fine but that wasn't what I saw.

I'm not full of hatred, i just see him standing in the way of our club moving forwards.
I dont see much of the positive stuff being down to him either.
From what i heard off very close sources, zarate situation was a big mess. Many of the transfers he had very little involvement in and that seems to be the case when it comes to playing them. Not that he is different in that respect from any modern managers.
In 99% of other setups, he wiould have been gone long ago, the Daves dont like sackings. They havent learnt from the Grant fiasco that loyalty can be a chain around their feet.

Big lump, I've already said some of his decisions baffle me just like I've already said its time he went. I'm just not that full of hatred for our manager that I think everything that goes wrong at our club is his fault and everything good is despite him.

W4, thing is it wasn't lumped up to the strikers, ipthe problem was we were too slow in our build up play and gave their defence time to sit back deep.

Aka, I'm not trying defend him, in fact I've said its time to move him on, I just have to sometimes admit we were shit, today was one of those days. Im not sure what formation we could of changed to as we'd of had to take a striker off and go to 5 in the middle and one up front. I could just imagine the reaction on here if he did that when we were losing.
We got done today because the defence was shit and the midfield espeacilly song were shit.
If, as you say the buck stops the manager, fine but as we're higher in the league than most expected , surely he should have some credit for that as well.
All I'm pointing out is there are some on here that will never be happy and if bfs goes they'll be straight into slagging the new manager because that's some peoples ideas of supporting their team.

Wasn't this line up better against teams who were coming at us (Liverpool, Man City at UP) and in away games? Surely BFS is the tactician who should know how to adjust this when playing a side who are more intent in out muscling and playing a more defensive game against us?

league position is not the sole indication of how well a manager has performed.
i dont think i am being controversial by saying most of us could get man city to finish above burnley
i think the squad that fell in his lap this season could have done better. i think the quality of the mid-table is also worse than ive everr seen.
